    As a bridge between the charging pile and the car, the electric vehicle charging cable's performance is essential. In addition to the necessary outdoor performance of the cable, such as insulation and flame retardant, the charging cable's overall hardness must not be too high because it needs to be bent frequently. 


    Electric charging cable materials generally refer to elastomer-related materials, which are used for insulating and sheathing layers. The material must be equipped with various performance such as oil resistance, tear resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, and flexibility, among which TPU, TPE, PVC elastomer are mainstream products. 


    Charging piles usually appear in various parking lots. Slow charging is generally AC charging, while the current of DC charging is large, which requires relatively high-quality power facilities.
